Unit Ban Feature - Patch 0.3.7

Multiplayer games can now include bans!

Lobby creators can now select a narrower roster to pull shop units from, and can select a number of bans per player as a setting.

Once players are matched, they can ban units in the shop to prevent both them and their opponent from buying that unit.
